What Information Is Collected and How is it Used?

  1. What Information Do We Collect?
    1. Personal Information: information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual, including, but not limited to, name, title, organization's name, postal address, telephone number, email address, geolocation, certain device information, and IP address. If you submit any Personal Information relating to other people to us or to our service providers in connection with our Services, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We believe these personalization features are useful tools that will enhance the user's experience at the site, but it does require the user to provide Personal Information to us.

    We use the non-Personal Information we collect to administer the Services, perform diagnostics, collect content-specific usage statistics, protect the Services and their content from inappropriate use, and improve the user's experience.

    Most of our Services are not directed toward children. For our Services that are designed to be used by children under Age 16, we comply with the provisions of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") by only collecting non-Personal Information from users under Age 16. As an example, if a user under Age 16 wants to use our personalization features, the user is not permitted to provide his or her first name or last name.
